We engaged the services of GH Building in mid-late 2018 for a renovation that involved adding a new bedroom (with dormer window) into a vaulted ceiling space and opening up our separate living spaces. We would highly recommend Logan and his team! Logan was a great project manager who made sure we never had to deal with any of the stresses of a renovation – everything went according to the timeline and the materials needed were ordered well in advance so that there never seemed to be any delays. Logan was very approachable and easy to communicate with. He never showed any annoyance at my never-ending long list of queries.
We were very happy with the workmanship of Logan’s team and the subcontractors he provided. All the work personnel were very punctual, respectful and easy to live around during the renovation. We can’t fault the products used in the entire renovation - from the gorgeous French doors and internal paint work to the perfect matching of our original house tiles and bricks. We have had many compliments regarding the renovation and how it looks as if it had always been a part of the original house. Logan’s team have executed the job seamlessly so that it flows beautifully within the original house layout. As a bonus the job even came in under Logan’s estimated budget so we were very happy.

GH Building renovated our main bathroom, as our previous layout was not working well. Logan came up with a great new layout that was a huge improvement for the space. We had complete confidence in Logans project management of the team, plumbers, tilers, electricians etc. They all did a fantastic job.
We were delighted with the quality of the work and the reliability of the GH team, the high standard of workmanship including painting, tiling was great. We love the new layout which gives our bathroom more space and better functionality. We also really appreciated how tidy things were left each day during the build, especially while still living in the house.

We’d contemplated extending our house for ‘way too long’ when we noticed a house extension project nearby.
Watching the project evolve, we realised it wasn’t too dissimilar to our vision so we gave Logan a call. After our initial informal chat where Logan quickly built on our own ideas, we felt an immediate connection and confidence we could trust him and so the process began. Another coffee and a few Tim Tams later we were on our way… drawings done, consent in progress – too easy!
Ground break and removal of existing windows started in June and the worst weather followed soon after. Logan and his team were really careful to ensure everything was well protected during this period. His various team members (diggers, builders, sparky, installers and painters) were always professional, courteous, approachable and friendly. Logan met with us regularly onsite, always keeping us well appraised of the next steps, what to expect and who would be coming to site. We appreciated knowing this in advance. Having already built twice before, we were especially impressed with the meticulous workmanship from the various trades and the focus on keeping the site clean and tidy. This says a lot about a builder in our view.
We built a great rapport with the GH Building team and it was a pleasure to have them help us christen our new multi-purpose space; an informal additional lounge, bar, rumpus room and dance studio. We’re absolutely delighted with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending Logan and his team at GH Building for your building project.

Over a number of years, GH Building has undertaken several alterations to my property – new kitchen, bathroom and most recently a large deck with a stairway to a second deck below.
